RELIEF TEACHERS
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified teachers to join our Primary and Secondary Teacher Relief pool. Relief teachers may be called on at short notice to cover sickness and absences of regular classroom teachers.
Applicants will need to be:
· Practicing Christians, actively involved in their local church and able to subscribe to the School’s Mission Statement and Educational Creed
· Registered with the Tasmanian Teachers Registration Board
· Registered with a current Working With Vulnerable People (Employment) Card

Casual Teacher Aide Position Description
RELIEF SCHOOL CLEANERS
Under the direct supervision of the Cleaning Supervisor, the School Attendant provides a wide variety of cleaning services to the School buildings and facilities in accordance with LCS Policies & Procedures.
Routine tasks are performed on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required by the Property Coordinator and Business Manager. Working within a team, the School Attendant is responsible not only for their individual areas, but for the general upkeep and maintenance of the entire School.

TEACHER TRAINEESHIP
Our teacher trainee model is unique and different from the standard pathway to teaching. Teacher trainees are employed part-time at our school and work alongside a mentor teacher for each year of training as well as completing their formal learning online through Alphacrucis University College.
