LCS Overview

Launceston Christian School opened its doors in 1976 with 37 students and three teachers.
Today, more than 570 students attend the school.

House Teams:

The school has three houses or teams. They are Barrow (Red), Tamar (Gold) and Melaleuca (Green) - a mountain, river and tree species part of the school's natural surroundings.

Locality:

Situated on about 4 hectares, LCS is located in the Launceston suburb of Riverside, on the western bank of the stunning Tamar river.
