The LCS Foundation

The LCS Foundation Limited is a body that was established in 1991, as a separate incorporated entity from the School, in order to:

• Provide a company that can raise and make available funds for the School.

• With God’s help provide a greater level of financial security for the School.

• Allow the LCS Board and School to focus primarily on the provision of education, not fund raising.

• Establish an avenue to raise funds, for both short and long term benefit, in a manner that ensures donors receive all available taxation concessions.

All those who are committed to Launceston Christian School and see it as a place where our children and grandchildren are prepared for a life of service, through Christ centered education, are invited to support the Foundation and it’s aims.

There are two ways in which you can support the Foundation financially:

• You can make a donation at any time and receive a full tax deduction, or

• You may wish to consider leaving the Foundation a bequest.

As the current economic climate and general health of the economy continues, some people may be presented with a greater opportunity to make donations. If you find yourself (or your business) in this position, you may wish to give consideration to making a donation to The Launceston Christian School Foundation.
